The annual Labuan International School (LIS) 9 side Open Football Competition has come to a close on the 17th of September 2017. A total of 32 teams participated in the 2 day event that began on the 16th of September 2017.
Final Match: Pantai FC VS Fly FC
Final Match: KDM FC VS Malinja One FC
The champion of the tournament was Pantai Football Club followed by Fly (Labuan AirForce) Football Club as the 1st runner up with the tournament result of 2:0. The third and fourth places were taken by KDM Football Club and Malinja One with the result of 1:0. The prizes were presented by the chairman of Pristine Era Sdn. Bhd. Datuk Ahmad Hizzad Baharuddin and the champion walked away with a RM1000.00 cash prize and a medal meanwhile Fly Football Club received a RM700.00 cash prize and a medal.

The objective of this competition was to promote Labuan International School and also to strengthen the teamwork and collaboration of LIS members with other organisations.
