a. Permit Industri Perkhidmatan Air (Span Permit C)
b. Malaysian registered business.
c. Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)
d. Perbadanan Labuan (PL)
e. Full compliance with the specifications and requirements under the scope of work.
- The quotation must be submitted not later than 10 May 2023 by email to the email address below:

- PESB shall not be responsible for any loss of quotation or delayed submission. Proof of posting shall not
be accepted as evidence for the submission of a quotation.
- PESB is not bound to accept the lowest or any quotation nor will it be responsible for any cost incurred in
relation to this RFQ.
- For a better understanding the vendor is invited to attend the site visit conducted as per the details below;

Venue: Hibiscus Room (Auditorium), Labuan International School
- Site visits are not compulsory to attend. Vendors can submit the quotation using the information contained in the BQ.
- Vendors a quire to do the appointment via email to [email protected] if needs to attend the site visit.
- Interested vendors can get the scope of work (BQ) via email to [email protected] or directly from
the Facility Management Office at the Labuan International School.
