NOTICE DATE: 11 NOVEMBER 2022
1. The tenderer must be registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF) under field code 21: Supplies and Services for the Information and Communication Technology Sector, 210101, 210103, 210106, 210107, 210108 and 210109 or any related field code for the following tender:
“TO SUPPLY STUDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SMS) INTEGRATE WITH SCHOOLOGY LEARNING
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) & MICROSOFT GP DYNAMICS FOR LABUAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL,LABUAN F.T”
2. Interested Consultants must possess valid license issued by local authority such as Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia or any other relevant licenses.
3. A briefing will be held throughout the period from 21-25 November 2022. Virtual Tender Briefing is allowed and prior appointment with ICT personnel is required. Kindly send an email to [email protected] or call Khairul Adam 087-597388 to book for your appointment. Any relevant form and documents will be distributed via email to the tenderer.
4. The Tender documents costing RM50.00 (non-refundable) can be purchased during office hours (8 AM - 4 PM) at the payment counter, Finance Office, Academic Building (Lower Level) Labuan International School from 28 November 2022 to 2 December 2022 or alternatively, the tenderer may purchase the tender document online and details will be provided via email. Online payments are accepted and the tender documents will not be sold after the date specified.
5. Please be informed that for the tender submission you may choose one of the methods as stated below:
Method 1: Tender Box
Completed Tender Proposal/Documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Tender Reference Number at the top of the envelope, and placed in the Tender Box at Labuan International School, Facility Management Unit, no later than 12:00 noon, Friday, 30 December 2022. Late submission will be disqualified. Or;
Method 2: Send through the Email
Tender Proposal/Documents send by Email to [email protected]. However, Submission can ONLY be made on 30 December 2022 before 12.00 noon.Note: Please send the hard copy of the Tender Proposal/ Documents and attach the consignment note on the email as proof of the Tender Document has been sent. (The hardcopy may reach us after 30 December 2022 as per courier duration). The document must be addressed as stated below;

6. Any late submissions will not be considered and evaluated. Pristine Era Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any liabilities, damages, cost, expenses or losses submission via post.
